Out of all of Softimage's client articles they have on their website, I had to write about this one. There's nothing like Metal Gear Solid. A game with an awesome conspiracy story that goes throughout the 4 games, interesting characters, and Snake. Why Snake separate from 'interesting characters'? 'Cause he's the sh*t, he's something else.
I haven't had the opportunity, the pleasure, the ummm... whatever, i haven't played MGS4 yet so I don't know what happens in it, but that's cool because I'm not going to write about the game's story(some of you guys already finished the game so what's the point) or
anything, I'm here to write about this article someone told me about in Softimage's website. For you guys that don't know Softimage is a 3d software just like Maya or 3dsMax. Metal Gear Solid is not the only game that has used Softimage, there are other games like Assasin's Creed, Ninja Gaiden 2, Virtual Fighter and a couple of more titles. Anyway this article talks about Konami's production pipeline from story board to final look on the PS3, plus it explain how some tools from the 3d software were used in the creation of this game. GO CHECK IT OUT!!! :D
